Diamond Equestrian Center, located just 30 minutes south of Salt Lake City in Lehi, is a premier Hunter Jumper and Dressage training facility. Catering to a select clientele committed to top-tier performance and care, we provide a semi-private environment where riders receive the personalized attention needed to reach their full potential. From cross-rails to Grand Prix, we specialize in hunters, jumpers, and equitation, guiding riders to prestigious competitions like USEF Pony Finals and Equitation Finals.
Situated on 10 scenic acres, our facility offers expert training, horse sales, and a supportive environment for both horse and rider. Our Team
Chad Diamond - Owner
Chad Diamond, owner of Diamond Equestrian, is hands-on and dedicated to improving the care of both the horses and the facility. His passion began when his daughter, Claire, pursued a career in riding. Now, Chad works tirelessly to ensure every rider and horse enjoys the same fantastic experience that inspired his family.
Dustin Cossaboom - Head Trainer
Dustin Cossaboom is an accomplished rider, trainer, judge, and course designer based in Salt Lake City, Utah, specializing in hunters, jumpers, and equitation. With a background in marketing and extensive equestrian experience, Dustin excels in developing exceptional equine talent and teaching foundational horsemanship. A celebrated competitor and professional, he has won prestigious classes globally, including Canadian Champion in show jumping and Hunter Derby victories, while his students have achieved Regional and National recognition in Equitation finals like the Maclay and CET. Known for his systematic, engaging approach to hunt seat equitation, Dustin combines real-world examples with wit and insight to inspire equestrians to reach their full potential. He is available for training and officiating.
Christa-Elaine Wood - Dressage Trainer
Christa-Elaine Wood, an accomplished FEI dressage trainer and USDF Diamond Award recipient, brings over 30 years of experience and 14 years in the breeding industry to her students and horses. Specializing in competitive dressage, she follows the dressage training scale for the correct development of horse and rider, drawing from her mentorship by renowned equestrian figures. With expertise in working with stallions, foals, and starting young horses, Christa-Elaine emphasizes foundational ground work to enhance performance under saddle. Katelyn Lawson brings a passion for horses and dedicated expertise to her role at Diamond Equestrian Center.
